Our lead drug candidate, imlifidase, is an antibody-cleaving enzyme being developed to potentially enable kidney transplantation in highly sensitized patients. It is currently under review for marketing authorization by the European Medicines Agency. The enzyme is also being investigated in other solid organ transplantation and acute autoimmune indications.
