On the 4th of March it was communicated that the board Hansa Medical AB (publ) has decided to implement a rights issue covering SEK 27 million with preferential rights to present Hansa Medical shareholders. The company has established a prospectus in Swedish regarding the rights issue, and the prospectus has been approved by and registered at Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, Finansinspektionen, on 19th of March.The prospectus and a brief information folder, both in Swedish, are available at the company website www.hansamedical.com. In addition, the information folder will be distributed to Hansa Medicals shareholders.
